More illustrator news from Redwall.org. The news about Chris “Fangorn” Baker and Troy Howell bidding “adieu” to the world of Redwall still stands. The news about the cover being universal (UK and US) is incorrect, though (seemed to surprise Dave).
So, here’s where things stand. Penguin Putnam is publishing both UK and US editions of the book. However, the US edition will be illustrated (both interior art and cover art, it seems) by David Elliot. However, the UK edition will be illustrated by David Wyatt. The implication is that, like Elliot, Wyatt will illustrate both the interior art and the cover. So, we have one book, two different illustrators, two different covers, and two different sets of illustrations. Hopefully the text will remain the same. 
I’ll be keeping an eye on this story.
