In a recent Redwall.org update, it was revealed that the abridged audio book versions of Brian Jacques’ books would be discontinued in favor of the fully-casted “radio play” versions.
While the news is hardly a shock, given that Lord Brocktree was that last book to receive an abridged audio release, it’s good to see some official word on the matter.
Redwall, Mossflower, Martin the Warrior, The Taggerung, Triss, Castaways of the Flying Dutchman, and The Angel’s Command have all been given the “radio play” treatment. No word on which book will be the next to join their ranks.
